Webspasm is an online open website that allows you to collect and link to other websites and explore anything on any topic your interested in.


What Information We Collect & Use

User Accounts

When you create an account at Webspasm you are required to provide a username, password, and email address. Alongside we will also log and store the IP address and timestamp of the account as well as if you have activated your account via email.

We will also store account setting information such as wishing to view adult content or hiding specific sheets or panels.

How Long Will We Store Information

We will store the information for as long as we deem necessary or as long as the data has value for users or for us working on the website.

Disclosing Information

Webspasm will not share or sell any collected information. We may however disclose information if we believe that doing so is reasonably necessary to comply with the law, regulation, or legal process. We also may disclose information in emergency circumstances if we believe life is in danger or to prevent bodily harm to a person, to address fraud, security, spam, or to protect our rights or property.



Registration information

As with most websites on the internet we have analytics software on our site. The tool we use is Google Analytics. Google Analytics collects data on users who use Webspasm. This data contains information about the users coming to the website, the pages they visit, when and where they do so. It also includes what website you came from and your IP Address. Google Analytics does not collect personal details such as your name or any other identifying information.

We use the data collected from Google Analytics just to improve the website and nothing else. We do not share or sell any data stored in google analytics.

Google’s ability to use and share this information about your visits to Webspasm is restricted by Google Analytics Terms of Service and the Google Privacy Policy.

What are Cookies?

Cookies are small pieces of data that are injected into your web browser that stores data locally for further use by Webspasm or a third party for the usage of retaining information about usage or settings such as hiding panels or remembering adult content or tacking where you go on our website. Children Under 13

According to the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act of 1998 we're pretty limited on our ability to accept users under a certain age. Individuals under the age of 13 may not create an account with us. If you believe someone 13 or younger is using our site without parental consent, please contact us.


Personal Data

Webspasm believes that your privacy is part of a good user experience, even though it's not in the foreground. If you have suspected that someone has used or uploaded a piece of content to Webspasm without your permission, please get in touch with us, and we will look into it immediately and remove it if applicable. Webspasm doesn't allow the use of unauthorized personal data.
